| 摘 要： | 改进传统的汽车保险理赔服务模式,提高工作效率,降低服务成本,已成为我国汽车保险业急需解决的问题,特别是车辆钣金件的定损规范和修理的更换标准更需要完善及细化。在机动车保险车辆钣金件定损规范的理论基础上,从定损工作流程入手,研究钣金件定损原则及方法。通过总结和分析,提出车身各覆盖件和结构件的更换与修理标准。

| Abstract: | How to improve the traditional service mode of auto insurance claims, increase efficiency, reduce service costs, which have became a urgent prolem for insurance practitioners to be solved, especially the repairment and replacement standard and loss setting specification of sheet metal on vehicle need to be improved and refined. The paper takes the loss setting specification of sheet metal on vehicle as theory basis, starts from the loss setting workflow, research on the loss setting principles and methods of sheet metal. By summarizing and analysis, the replacement and repair standards of each covering parts and structural parts are proposed. |
