独立需求生产批量优化问题的遗传算法实现

摘    要:生产批量问题是企业生产和管理中一个常见的约束批量问题,在假定问题中各产品的需求独立,同时满足能力约束和生产平衡的条件下,建立基于独立需求的遗传算法模型,实现使生产费用、生产准备费用和库存费用综合指标最小的生产批量算法。并通过对实际问题的计算验证该模型和算法的有效性和可行性。

Abstract:The problem of production lot-sizing is a common capacitated lot-sizing problem in the production and management of a enterprise, this article assumes that the demand of each product is independent and establishes the genetic algorithms model based on independent demand under the condition of capacity constrains and prodution balance, the production bath algorithm for cost of production, cost of production arrangements and inventory cost minimum comprehensive index is inplemented, in addition, the validity and feasibility of this model and algoritm is verified through the calculation of the real problem.
