| 摘 要： | 对市场租入船开展经营业绩考核,是航运企业集团实现管理创新的新课题。本文结合航运企业的实际和租入船经营的特点,提出了市场租入船经营效益考核的总体思路,制定了考核指标及考核标准的测算模型,既关注了经营风险的控制,又重点突出了经营效益的考核与激励,在实际应用中产生了明显的管理价值。

According to the reality and characteristics of shipping company, the paper put forward the general principles, risk control strategic and performance assessment model of lease ship operation, which have been proven to be effective in practice. |
