摘    要:CADDS5软件目前在国内众多船舶设计建造单位广泛使用,由于国内实际情况的差异,还需对该软件进行本地化开发。船体外板加工样板在船舶建造过程中具有重要作用。本文使用CADDS5的CV-DORS开发工具,根据船体外板加工样板的需求,建立了相应的数学模型及处理流程,完成了该平台上船体外板加工样板软件的开发。

Abstract:This paper, using CV DORS of CADDS5, develops the template calculation software, constructs the mathematical model and processing flow of template fabricating. After the 3D model of a shell is built on CADDS5, a FIG point will be generated in certain corner of the shell plane. By clicking that FIG point and using CV DORS functions, the properties of this shell plane can be obtained. In CADDS5, shell planes are all NURBS planes. By constructing functions, the parameters of NURBS plane, its four corners, seams and butts can be read. Whether the depth of the shell is taken into account in the calculation is decided by the shape of the plane, i.e., it is concave or convex. By dividing the shell plane by grids and using overlapping algorithm, the formula of base plane can be obtained. Then the formula of view plane and template plane can be found. By calculating the intersection line of the template plane cluster and the view plane, the offsets of template line can be obtained. By the right hand principle, the normals of template plane and base plane can form a new coordinate system. Transforming the offsets of template line to this new coordinate system can convert the template lines to 2D splines. By interpolation, the offsets of template line knots can be found. Using the same method, the offsets of the view line can be transformmed to a new coordinate system by finding the intersection of the view plane and the shell plane. Then, shell longitudinal bending and template longitudinal angle can also be obtained. The software introduced in this paper can be installed into CADDS5 as a system command.
