| 摘 要： | 本文分析了目前湖北省高职高专实训基地的建设现状。对于实训基地建设，各校领导高度重视，采用多样化、多元化的形式筹措资金，其功能定位日趋合理，注重超前性和实用性；各校积极转变观念，因地制宜，变“以我为主”到“为我所用”。
