基于单安全点路网模型的区域交通疏散研究

摘    要:疏散车辆对安全点和路径的选择是区域交通疏散方案的核心内容,只有充分结合疏散交通的特点,将安全点选择和路径选择同步研究,才能使疏散路网发挥最大功效,进而得到合理的交通疏散方案。文章充分挖掘疏散车辆对安全点选择的灵活性,提出单安全点路网模型对疏散交通分配进行优化,并通过实例仿真对模型进行了验证。

Abstract:Destination choice and route choice of emergency traffic are key parts of a regional traffic-evacuation plan. Based on the emergency traffic characteristics,taking destination choice as well as route choice into consideration is the only way to make most use of the evacuation network and so that get reasonable traffic-evacuation plan. Considering the flexibility of the destination choice, one-destination evacuation model is proposed and simulated in real-world regional traffic evacuation by VISSIM in this article.
