水下隧道贯彻国防要求研究初探

摘    要:介绍了国内已建、在建和拟建的重要水下隧道,总结了利用水下隧道进行军事运输的优缺点,初步探讨了水下隧道在建造阶段、日常管理和应急处置时,如何贯彻国防要求的问题和隧道发生事故时利用沉管法和悬浮法进行隧道抢修抢建的设想。最后,指出水下隧道工程在贯彻国防要求工作中的难点。

Abstract:This paper introduces important underground tunnels at home either built,being built or to be built,which may be used for military transportation,with stress placed on the defects of the underwater tunnels:they may be attacked with advanced weapons and by terrorists,in which case our country may suffer heavy losses and it will be difficult to repair them.It also summarizes the influences of underwater tunnels on military transportation,and discusses the question of how the underwater tunnels meet the national defense requirements at the stage of construction,with the daily management and the emergency disposal of them emphasized.It also puts forward the tube-lowering method and the suspending method for rush repair.Finally,it also points out some of the difficulties in enabling underwater tunnels to meet the national defense requirements.
