面向大批量定制的船舶辅机设计制造一体化集成技术研究

摘    要:根据船舶辅机的多品种、小批量生产特点,研究面向大批量定制的船舶辅机开发设计技术及实现其设计制造一体化的集成技术、方法与手段。通过研究可以实现船舶辅机的变批量定制,快速响应市场和提高企业竞争力,还可以利用现有模块创造出新产品,提高产品创新能力,缩短产品开发周期;通过基于PDM的船舶辅机大批量定制系统,实现船舶辅机设计制造一体化及其信息、资源的共享和重用。

Ship Auxiliary Machinery Integrated Design and Manufacture Technology for Mass Customization

Abstract:According to the characteristics of multi-variety and small amount manufactory for the ship auxiliary machinery,ship auxiliary machinery development and design technologies for mass customization were investigated,as well as the integration technologies,methods and means of integrated design and manufacture.The research is helpful to implement diverse customization of ship auxiliary machinery to respond the market quickly,to improve competitive power of enterprise,to develop new products using existing modules to improve innovation ability of products and to shorten development periods of products.By constituting ship auxiliary machinery for mass customization based on PDM,it can be realized for the ship auxiliary machinery integrated design and manufacture as well as communion and recycling of the information and resources.
