重型汽车零部件耐腐蚀能力的评定——中性盐雾试验评级方法

重型汽车在市场上部分零部件出现多处涂层缺陷,影响外观及使用性能,形成腐蚀,导致本体性能早期失效。国家标准中仅对标准试板涂层耐腐蚀能力的评定作出了规定,而对重型汽车零部件耐腐蚀能力的评定没有相应的标准。本论文参照相关标准,制定中性盐雾试验方案,对汽车零部件表面涂层的耐腐蚀性能进行检测,探索重型汽车零部件耐腐蚀能力与评级标准之间的关系,编制重型汽车零部件耐腐蚀能力的评定—中性盐雾试验方案与评级方法。
