摘    要:结合武汉地铁广虎区间矿山法施工隧道与隧道上建高楼施工工程,建立了相互影响计算模型.对比分析了地铁隧道上建高楼分别采用筏板基础与桩基础情况下的拱顶沉降量和高楼整体倾斜率,对高楼的安全状态进行了定量评价.指出从高楼和地铁隧道施工以及后期地铁运营的安全考虑,必须将高楼的独立柱扩大基础调整为桩基础.

Abstract:A simulation model is built to analyze the interplay of the mined subway tunnels of Wuhan City and the high-risers constructed above them with different foundations. The displacement on top of the subway tunnels and the overall tilt rate of the high-risers are calculated when the left and right line tunnels pass through sequentially under the high-risers on pile foundation or raft foundation, the safety of the high-risers is evaluated quantitatively.
