船舶管加工工艺数据库系统设计与应用

摘    要:
为提高船厂对管件生产数据和质量数据的管控,提出构建船舶管加工工艺数据库系统。研究管加工工艺数据库系统总体设计,梳理管加工工艺流程,完善管件组立过程。经船厂实际应用,船舶管加工工艺数据库系统实现管件物料清单(Bill of Material,BOM)管理规范化和工时精细化,可有效提高船厂生产效率,满足企业预期要求。

Abstract:
In order to improve the management and control of pipe fitting production data and quality data in shipyards, it is proposed to construct a ship pipe processing technology database system. The overall design of the pipe processing technology database system is studied, the pipe processing technology flow is sorted out, and the pipe fitting assembly process is improved. Through the practical application in shipyards, the ship pipe processing technology database system realizes the management standardization of pipe fitting Bill of Material (BOM) and the refinement of working hours, which can effectively improve the production efficiency in shipyards and meet the expected requirements of enterprises.
