摘    要:为研究螺旋桨直径削边各关键参数对振动特性的影响,开发螺旋桨直径削边振动分析软件。利用有限元理论,基于Qt平台,结合MATLAB与ANSYS相关模块混合编程完成开发。以4382桨为例进行模态频率的数值预报,并与文献结果对比,误差不超过6.0%,证明该软件的程序和计算结果可信。该软件可为确定船-机-桨匹配下的振动特性最优的螺旋桨直径削边方案提供理论指导,具有良好的工程应用价值。

Abstract:In order to study the influence of key parameters of propeller diameter trimming on vibration characteristics, the vibration analysis software for propeller diameter trimming is developed. With the finite element theory, based on the Qt platform, and combined with the related modules of MATLAB and ANSYS, the hybrid programming is conducted to complete the development. Taken Propeller 4382 for example, the numerical prediction of modal frequency is conducted, and the error is less than 6.0% compared with the literature results, which proves that the program and calculation results of the software are reliable. The software can provide theoretical guidance for determining the propeller diameter trimming scheme with the optimal vibration characteristics under the ship-machine-propeller matching, and is of good engineering application value.
