摘    要:以深圳地铁内支撑体系下的装配式车站为工程背景,研究车站预制中板梁柱设计的关键技术:中板设计需同时满足基坑支撑的受力转换及车站流水拼装的工艺要求;中板设计需满足吊装、拼装、基坑受力转换、正常使用等工况的受力要求;中板设计需满足楼梯及扶梯开洞的受力需求。针对以上问题,研究车站采用预制+叠合型式中板结构的流水拼装步序,对拼装步序中围护、中板结构受力及变形进行分析;通过采用预制+叠合结构型式的中板结构以满足施工阶段和使用阶段的受力要求;针对中板开设大孔洞的设计难点,通过孔内设置型钢支撑来满足拼装及基坑受力转换的需求,车站拼装完成后在孔边现浇纵横梁、叠合层等形成孔边加强结构,然后切除孔内型钢支撑形成永久开孔;并通过设置抗剪连接、叠合层、纵横梁体系等措施满足开孔受力需要。预制中板的设计措施研究,实现了地铁车站的全断面装配,进一步提高了地铁车站的装配率及流水拼装的工效。

Abstract:Taking the prefabricated Shenzhen Metro station based on an internal support system as the engineering background, this study focuses on the following key technologies for the design of station medium plates, beams, and columns based on the prefabricated station scheme of an open-cut inner support system. The medium-plate design must meet the process requirements of force conversion of the foundation pit support and the flow assembly of the station and the force requirements of lifting, assembly, foundation pit force conversion, normal use, and the stairs and escalator openings. To address the above problems, this study investigates the flow assembly sequence of the prefabricated + composite medium plate in a station, conducts an analysis of the stress and strain of the enclosure and medium plate during the assembly sequence, and adopts the prefabricated + composite medium plate to meet the force requirements of the construction and application stages. The steel support was set in the middle plate to meet the requirements of station assembly and foundation pit stress conversion to solve the design difficulty of opening large holes in the medium plate. After the station assembly was completed, cast-in-situ longitudinal transverse beams and laminated layers were cast at the hole edge to reinforce the hole. The steel support inside the hole was removed to form a permanent opening, and the shear connections, composite layer, and the longitudinal transverse beams were set to meet the force requirements of the opening. Through the above research on the prefabricated medium plate, the full section assembly of the metro station was realized and further promoted the assembly rate of the metro station and efficiency of the station flow assembly
