25Hz轨道电路高频开关电源的研究

摘    要:随着既有铁路提高列车速度,对铁路设备提出了更高要求。本文针对目前既有铁路广泛使用的工频轨道电源,提出一种利用高频开关电源技术研制的新型25Hz轨道电源进行替代。该电源采用正弦脉宽调制技术(SPWM)、功率因数校正技术(PFC)、全桥逆变技术和短路保护技术,将110V交流输出和220V交流输出整合在一个模块中。详细论述了该电源模块的组成和工作原理,解决了工程应用中的负载短路引起的模块输出中断、雷电保护及牵引电流干扰等关键问题,使模块的可靠性得到较大提高。模块内嵌入了监控单元,具有告警、通信、数据采集、控制等功能,使远程监控成为现实,减轻了工作量。该电源模块体积小、重量轻、效率高、智能化程度高,实际使用证明,该电源可以替代目前的工频电源。

Abstract:Railway equipment and devices required higher reliability along with speed raising of existing railway lines.This paper provides the new high frequency switching power supply modules for 25Hz track circuits,aiming at displacing the power frequency supply equipment.The new modules utilize the Sine Pulse Width Modulation(SPWM),Power Factor Correction(PFC),full bridge single-phase inverter circuit and short-circuit protection and integrate 110VAC and 220VAC output in one module.The configuration and opration principle of the modules are described in detail.Crucial problems in engineering practice such as output interruption caused by load short-circuiting,lightning protection and traction current interference are sovled to higher the reliability of the modules.A supervision unit is embedded into the module to perform the function of alarming,communication,data acquisition and control so that remote supervision and control are realized.The module has little volume,low weight,high efficiency and high degree of intelligence.Facts prove that the new supply module can replace the old one.
