摘    要:针对软土地基易发生不均匀沉降及变形,导致皮带机及其栈桥结构适应性差的问题,对皮带机及其栈桥结构一体化进行研究,对比多种结构断面和桁架形式,并进行优化以达到最轻量化,适应地基沉降。结果表明,无中间竖杆、无上平面联系杆件的桁架为最轻量化桁架结构,配合倒人字支腿结构,融入机械构造,可达到适应地基沉降的目的。研究成果可为类似工程提供参考。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the uneven settlement and deformation of soft soil foundation cause the poor adaptability of belt conveyor and trestle structure,we study the integration of belt conveyor and trestle structure,compare various structural sections and truss forms,and optimize to achieve the lightest weight and excellent adaptability of foundation settlement.The results show that the trestle with no vertical web member and no top lateral bracing is the lightest trestle structure,which can adapt to the settlement of foundation by combining with the inverted herringbone pillar and mechanical structure.The achievement can provide references for the similar projects.
