Application of RFID Technology on Engine Assembly Line

This paper briefly introduces the application and development of RFID technology as well as its structure and working principle.The application of RFID system on the vehicle engine assembly line,including net structure,application principle and major operation process,are discussed.By comparing the bar code technology mainly used on the assembly line before,this paper indicates the advantage of engine assembly line adopting RFID technology and the inner relation between RFID and enterprises competitiveness.
