摘    要:指挥控制系统足现代军舰的灵魂,而肩负专用功能的电子模块组成了指挥控制系统的躯体.各种存储器件是存储数据的载体,对存储器件的控制和操作成为专用电子模块设计的重要组成部分.动态存储器(DRAM)是重要的存储器件,现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)在计算机硬件设计领域的应用也十分广泛.重点阐述了应用FPGA实现对DRAM的复杂控制,并由此提出了一种运用ROM表的简便方法,工程实践证明该方法具有广泛的通用性和较强的实用性.
