大跨度钢箱梁桥双幅同步转体施工技术

摘    要:石家庄市和平路高架西延工程钢箱梁主桥和匝道桥同时跨越石太铁路,由于既有线运输繁忙,需在一个铁路施工"天窗点"内完成双幅桥梁的同步转体施工,施工难度大;主桥桥位处于狭小空间内,不具备现场钢箱梁构件吊装条件。通过设置钢箱梁横向滑移装置解决钢箱梁构件水平运输问题;采用计算机模拟和精密仪器控制等措施,探索出主桥在墩顶及匝道桥在承台同时同步转体施工工艺流程及安全防护措施,取得了良好效果,可供类似工程借鉴。

Abstract:The steel box girder main bridge and ramp bridge of Heping Road Viaduct West Extension Project in Shijiazhuang cross the Shijiazhuang-Taiyuan Railway simultaneously.Because of the busy transportation of the existing railway lines,it is difficult to complete the synchronous turning of the two bridges in a railway construction"skylight point".The main bridge is located in a narrow space and does not have the conditions for lifting steel box girder members.The horizontal transportation of steel box girder members is solved by setting up the transverse sliding device of steel box girder,and a construction method of synchronous rotating of the main bridge at the pier top and ramp bridge at the bearing platform is explored by using computer simulation technology and precise instrument control,and good results are obtained,which could be served as reference in similar projects.
