摘    要:知识经济时代,市场竞争日趋激烈,人力资源管理不仅对企业的经营与发展起重要的作用,而还起着决定企业命运的战略性作用。分析了国有企业人力资源管理在认识上、用人制度、激励机制、员工沟通等方面存在着不足,从人力资源管理理念、人力资源规划制度、用人原则等方面提出了国有企业人力资源管理的对策。

Abstract:In the era of knowledge economy,market competition is becoming fiercer.Human resource management not only plays a significant role in the enterprise's operation and development,and also decides its fate strategically.Through analysis on the deficiencies of human resource management in the aspects of concept,system of personnel placement,incentive mechanism,employee communication,this paper puts forward countermeasures for state-owned enterprises,including concept of human resource management,planning system of human resources,and principles of personnel placement and etc.
