摘    要:
船舶推进轴系负荷测试是船舶推进轴系设计、校中计算、轴系安装、调整等过程中不可缺少的环节,其目的是使船舶实际运营中的轴承负荷在设计允许的范围之内.利用轴系截面应变测量原理,推导出轴系应变、截面弯矩与轴承负荷三者之间的数学关系式,在此基础上,确定了后艉轴承载荷分配比例与支点位置计算方法.经过实船数据的测量计算,并与国外实验结果的比较和分析,证明了该方法能够满足目前国内船舶推进轴系负荷测试的需要.

Abstract:
The load measurement of marine propulsion shafting system is an essential part to make the bearing load in the actual ship operation within the allowed range during shaft de- sign, alignment calculation, shafting installation and adjustment, based on the measurement principle of shaft cross section strain, mathematical relationship between shaft strain, section bending moment and bearing loads have been derived and load distribution ratio of the rear bearing and calculation method of the fulcrum position have been determined on this basis. With measurement and calculation for a real ship, compared with the foreign tests, it is shown that the method can he able to meet the needs of the load measurement of marine propulsion shafting system.
