挂篮在大跨桥合拢中作为配重的施工工艺介绍

在悬浇混凝土桥梁施工中,水箱放水和抛掷沙袋是合拢段施工中两种比较成熟的施工技术。但在特殊条件下,合拢段的施工受到时间和温度的严格限制。某桥在合拢段施工中使用了挂篮作为合拢段的平衡重,通过测量数据,发现这种方法经济而又适用。本文对该项施工技术、理论基础和相应的观测数据都作了较为详尽的介绍。

The introduce of the construction technique that the stiff-traveler as the counterweight in the closure of the long-span bridges

In cantilever cast-in-place concrete bridge,water and sand-bags unloading are two kinds of ripe construction techniques in closing up a section.But under special condition,the construction of closure section is restricted by time and temperature,the Jiangjun river bridge in Shiyan had to use the construction stiff-traveler as the counterweight of the closure.Through measuring the index,we find this construction method is feasible.In this paper,the construction technique,the theoretical foundation and the relevant observation data have been comparatively detailed.
