超薄磨耗层混合料设计及施工关键技术研究

摘    要:为提升超薄磨耗层沥青混合料的路用性能,完善超薄磨耗层路面施工工艺,研究面向工程实际需求,利用主骨料空隙填充法(CAVF)进行超薄磨耗层混合料的配合比优化设计,并依托麒师公路建设工程,提出超薄磨耗层的成套施工关键技术。结果表明:基于CAVF法获取了超薄磨耗层GT-8的合成配比,计算确定5~8 mm、3~5 mm和0~3 mm三档集料的掺配比为58.45∶19.49∶19.06,最佳沥青用量为7.9%;依据室内试验和工程经验,提出了涵盖施工准备、混合料生产与运输、混合料摊铺和压实等在内的超薄磨耗层关键施工工艺;通过施工路段检测评验,超薄沥青磨耗层GT-8具有优良的抗滑性、密水性和平整度,超薄磨耗层技术应用取得良好的施工质量与效果。

Abstract:In order to improve the pavement performance of ultra-thin wearing layer asphalt mixture and improve the construction technology of ultra-thin wearing layer pavement, oriented to the actual needs of project, the main aggregate void filling method (CAVF) is used to optimize the mix ratio of ultra-thin wearing layer mixture. Based on the Qishi Highway Construction Project, a complete set of key construction technology for the ultra-thin wearing layer is proposed. The results show that GT-8 synthetic ratio of ultra-thin wearing layer is obtained based on CAVF method. The mixing ratio of 5 ~ 8 mm, 3 ~ 5 mm and 0 ~ 3 mm aggregates is 58.45∶19.49∶19.06. The optimum asphalt content is 7.9 %. According to the laboratory test and engineering experience, the key construction technologies of ultra-thin wearing layer including the construction preparation, mixture production and transportation, mixture paving and compaction are put forward. Through the inspection and evaluation of the construction section, the ultra-thin asphalt wearing layer GT-8 has the excellent skid resistance, water tightness and flatness. The application of ultra-thin wearing layer technology has achieved the good construction quality and effect.
