摘    要:支座病害已成为影响桥梁安全的主要因素之一,但常用的支座监/检测手段智能化、自动化程度低,时效性差。为实时掌握桥梁支座服役状态,提出了基于分布式应力监测的桥梁支座转角、位移状态多级评估方法。首先,介绍了适用于所提方法的智能盆式橡胶支座结构及应力测点布置;其次,提出了综合考虑橡胶板两主轴方向各测点应力变化特点的测点标准化应力比指标,并基于此设定了服役期支座转角、位移状态多级评估判据,然后以位于广东西南沿海的山竹沟垌中桥实际工程为例,确定了可用的智能盆式支座型号,建立了支座精细化有限元模型;最后,通过数值仿真分析对所提方法进行说明,明确了用于服役期支座转角、位移状态多级评估的各阈值取值。

Abstract:Bearing disease has become one of the main factors affecting bridge safety. However, the commonly used bearing monitoring and detection methods have the low intelligence and automation, and poor timeliness. In order master service status of bridge bearings in real time, the multilevel evaluation method is proposed for the corner and displacement status of bridge bearings based on the distributed stress monitoring. Firstly, the structure of the smart pot rubber bearing and the arrangement of stress measuring points suitable for the proposed method are introduced. Secondly, the standardized stress ratio index of measuring point is proposed, which comprehensively considers the stress variation characteristics of each measuring point in the two principal directions of rubber plate. Based on this, the multilevel evaluation criteria of bearing corner and displacement state in service period are set. Then, taking the actual project as an example, the available smart bearing type is determined. Each threshold value used for the multilevel evaluation of bearing corner and displacement state in the service period is defined.
