摘    要:提出了一种兼有分析估计与试验验证特点的检验方法:模拟故障,进行故障定位并记录定位时间,基于经验数据分析一次维修作业中其他维修活动的时间,各时间相加即得到一次维修作业的时间;由此方法得到需要的多个维修作业样本,根据样本值估计平均修复时间的值并根据需要进行验证.该方法适用于研制阶段对平均修复时间的估计,也可用于缺乏自然故障产生的维修作业样本时的验证.采用该方法能节省试验时间和经费.

Abstract:A test method combined with analysis,estimation and test is discussed in this paper:Simulating fault,running fault localization and writing down localization time,analyzing the time of other maintenance activities of a maintenance task based on empirical data,adding every part of time together,then we get the time of one maintenance task.We can get needed maintenance samples by this method,estimate the mean time to repair(MTTR)and test the index by the values of samples when necessary.This method is applicable for the MTTR estimation in the develop stage and the index test for lack of samples of natural fault,and it can save test time and expenses.
