柴油机缸体—缸套—缸盖—冷却水整体耦合传热仿真研究

摘    要:采用CFX软件,对由缸体—缸套—缸盖—冷却水组成的系统进行耦合传热分析研究,探索了柴油机整机模拟技术的难点和重点。对耦合系统在标定工况下进行计算,得出了柴油机缸盖、缸套的温度场以及冷却水的流场,提出了冷却水道的改进措施。

Abstract:With the CFX software,the coupled heat transfer for the system that was composed of engine cylinder body,cylinder liner,cylinder head and cooling water was analyzed and the difficulties and emphases of diesel engine simulation were explored.Through the simulation of coupled system under rated conditions,the temperature field of cylinder head and cylinder liner and the flow field of cooling water were acquired and the suggestion to improve the structure of cooling water was put forward.
