| 摘 要： | 川西气田集输管道投运年限较长,敷设地区大气、土壤腐蚀性较强,造成管道外腐蚀引起的穿孔、泄漏。针对管道外腐蚀问题,通过对川西地区腐蚀环境调研,分析管道外腐蚀特征,并根据气田实际开展了管材、防腐层、阴极保护,修复补强技术及腐蚀检测等腐蚀控制措施研究,形成了川西管道外腐蚀防护体系,有效延长管道平均剩余寿命,保障了气田安全平稳生产。

| Abstract: | The gathering pipeline in the Western-Sichuan gas filed operated long.Laying area atmosphere and soil corrosive are strong, causing perforation and leakage caused by pipeline external corrosion.In view of pipeline external corrosion problems, through the investigation of the corrosion environment of Western-Sichuan and analysis of pipeline external corrosion characteristics, according to the actual field,corrosion control measures study including pipe materials, anti-corrosive coating, cathodic protection, repair reinforcement and corrosion detecting were carried out, the pipeline external corrosion protection system in the Western-Sichuan gas filed was formed,extending the pipeline mean residual lifetime effectively, and ensuring the safe and smooth production of gas field. |
