基于CATIA的高速铁路隧道洞口复杂结构模型建模

摘    要:为了缓解高速列车进入隧道产生的空气动力学问题,需突破常规的隧道洞门结构形式,从而造成高速铁路隧道洞门结构的复杂性,这对进一步进行相关分析和设计施工带来较高的难度。借助现有二维CAD平剖面工程图,提出利用CATIA的Sketch Tracer功能建立复杂洞门结构的三维造型图的方法。该方法便于实现,且利用该方法建立的三维模型也能较好吻合原有工程设计参数,这对于进行三维造型展示以及对后续的CFD(Computational fluid dynamics)工作有重要意义。

Abstract:Complex portal structure has to be adopted for tunnels on high speed railways so as to minimize the aero dynamic effect induced by the high speed trains. In this paper, 3D modeling method is established for the complex tunnel portal structure of high speed railways by using the “Sketch Tracer” function of CATIA and on basis of 2D CAD method. The method mentioned is easy to be conducted, and the 3D model established can meet the requirements of the design parameters. The method has great significance for the 3D model show and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) works.
