摘    要:舰船桅杆在恶劣海况环境下振动非常严重,特别是顶部雷达处有较大的转角振动,严重影响雷达追踪的分辨率.文章基于磁流变阻尼器(MR Damper),采用双输入单输出模糊控制算法实现桅杆振动半主动控制.针对磁流变阻尼器滞回模型具有高度非线性的特性,借助神经网络技术,建立其逆向动特性数学模型,从而达到实现半主动控制的目的.基于ANSYS平台采用APDL命令流仿真实现了桅杆结构振动的模糊半主动控制,仿真结果表明模糊控制能有效地减少桅杆顶部雷达的转角振动.

Abstract:Mast vibration of warships subject to severe sea environments is very serious. In particular, the rotational vibration at the top of the mast where the radar is located does affect radar-tracking resolution seriously. In this paper, semi-active fuzzy control using magnetorheological (MR) dampers is proposed to alleviate the rotational vibration of the mast. The double input-single output fuzzy control algorithm is employed to carry out the vibration control.As the phenomenological model of a MR damper is highly nonlinear,which is difficult to be solved,a back-propagation neural network is therefore trained to emulate the inverse dynamic characteristics of the MR damper in the study.Simulated vibration control code is developed by using ANSYS Parameter Design Language (APDL). Numerical simulations show that the proposed control method can alleviate the rotational vibration of the mast efficiently.
