| 摘 要： | 教材管理与教材建设是高等学校基本教学条件建设之一，是搞好教育改革、提高教学质量的关键．本文结合近年来我国高等教改革发展趋势和教材建设与管理方面的实践，论述了如何适应高等教育教学改革需要，加强高等院校教材建设与管理的思路和措施。

| Abstract: | Teaching material management and construction is one of the basic teaching development s in university. It is the key to doing good education reform and raising teaching quality. In this paper, the author discussed how to enhance teaching material development and management for adapting to education reform by joining higher education reform and practice in teaching material. |
