再生骨料快硬高早强混凝土的配制技术研究

摘    要:为合理利用废弃的混凝土再生骨料,采用正交试验优化水胶比、再生骨料掺量及快速修补矿物掺合料CUFG掺量的合理配伍。试验结果表明:无论是早期还是后期,水胶比仍然是影响混凝土强度的最主要因素;再生骨料和快速修补矿物掺合料对强度的影响与龄期有关;合理安排水胶比和快速修补矿物掺合料掺量,在再生骨料用量达100%的条件下制备的混凝土24 h抗折、抗压强度均满足重交通和特重交通开放的要求。

Abstract:With the aim to use recycle aggregates reasonable, ratio of water to cementing materials, content of recycle aggregates and mineral admixtures for rapidly repairing were optimized based on orthogonal experiment design method. Test results show that the ratio of water to cementing materials is still the key factor for both early age strength and later age strength;effects of recycle aggregates and mineral admixtures for rapidly repairing on strength are related to the ages;with reasonable ratio of water to cementing materials and content of mineral admixtures for rapidly repairing, early age strength of concrete prepared with 100 % recycle aggregates satisfies the requirements for opening to heavy and ultra-heavy traffics.
