| 摘 要： | 分散自律调度集中系统是铁路运输调度指挥的重要行车设备，是提高铁路调度指挥效率、保证行车安全的重要系统。以胶济线为基础，介绍了适用于繁忙铁路干线的分散自律调度集中系统方案，提出了一系列技术创新和管理创新的理念，分析了分散自律调度集中系统的应用对传统运输组织模式所带来的巨大变革。

| Abstract: | The CTC system is the most important equipment for train operation in railway transportation dispatch and command, which can enhance the efficiency of railway dispatching command and assure train operation safety. This paper gave a scheme of decentralized and autonomous CTC system applicable for railway busy main line and analyzed substantial changes in transportation organization mode made by the application of decentralized and autonomous CTC system in Qingdao-Jinan Line, which gave rise to a series of technical innovation and managerial innovation. |
