摘    要:分析了现有道路通行能力计算方法,认为其在计算的过程中忽略了公交停靠站对通行能力的影响,使得计算结果偏大,针对这一明显的不足,提出了改进思路。列举了国内常见的6种公交停靠站点设置形式,并对其进行了比较分析,按照公交站点对道路通行能力的影响方式的不同,将它们分为4类。研究各类公交停靠站处交通流的运行特征,指出车辆在公交站点处的排队现象可以用M/M/C系统进行近似分析,在此基础上,就3个主要类别的公交站点对道路通行能力的影响程度进行量化,得到了相应的修正系数。最后,通过实例的验算,证明了所得修正系数的可行性及正确性。

Abstract:By analyzing the present methodology for calculating the capacity,the author found that the effect of bus-stop on capacity was ignored in the computing process,which would cause the wrong result.To resolve this problem,the ideas of improvements are brought forward.A contrastive analysis is made on six ordinary types of bus-stop location deployment in our country,and they are categorized into four different groups according to their different effect on capacity of roads.By means of analyzing the operational features of traffic flow at different groups of bus stop,it is proposed that the queue phenomenon at the bus-stop can be regarded approximatively as an M/M/C queuing system.The effect of bus-stop on capacity of road section is quantified for three main groups and the correction coefficients are gained.In the end,the feasibility and validity of correction coefficients is demonstrated by checking computations of a practice.
