摘    要:应用荧光探剂(DPH)标记完整培养心肌细胞膜脂区,用稳态荧光偏振技术观测阿霉素(ADR)对心肌细胞膜流动性的影响及能气朗(CoQ10)的保护作用。结果表明,培养液中加入ADR能使心肌细胞膜流动性明显低于对照组(P<0.05);CoQ10能有效地对抗ADR的损伤作用(P<0.05)。提示ADR具有损伤心肌细胞膜的作用,CoQ10可保护和维持心肌细胞正常功能。

Abstract:The effect of adriamycin(ADR) on the plasm membrane fluidity of cultured cardiac myocyte of neonatal rats and the protective effect of co-enzyme Q10 was observed with 1,6-dipheny-1,3,5-hexatriene(DPH)as a fluore-scence probe.The results showed that adding ADR to the cultured medium could make the membrane fluidity reduce signmcantly as compared with the control(P<0.05) ; and adding CoQ10 to the medium protected the membrane fluidity from this change effectively (P<0.05). It is suggested that ADR injures the cardiac myocyte cell membrane, and CoQ10 plays a role in keeping the membrane's function normally.
