| 摘 要： | 提出了一种新的多指标综合评价方法，把层次分析法与聚类分析中距离的概念结合起来，既弥补了层次分析法、模糊综合评价法等方法人为因素较多的缺陷，又克服了主成分分析法、关联分析法等方法未考虑指标间相对重要程度的不足，方法科学简便、实用性强。 |

| Abstract: | The article introduces a new index comprehensive evaluating method, it combines AHP with the distance concept in cluster analysis. It not only makes up for the mistakes made by artificial factors in AHP and vague comprehensive evaluating methods but also overcomes the shortcomings in main composition analysis cognate analysis, etc. without considering relative importance between index. The method is both scientific simple and more practical. |
