| 摘 要： | 应用免疫碱性磷酸酶桥联（ＡＰＡＡＰ）法及３Ｈ－ＴＤＲ掺入法检测了３０例非何杰金淋巴瘤（ＮＨＬ）外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群及１４例ＮＨＬ患者白介素２（ＩＬ－２）活性。结果表明：ＮＨＬ患者外周血全Ｔ细胞、ＯＫＴ４细胞的均显著减少（Ｐ＜０．０５），ＯＫＴ８细胞显著增多（Ｐ＜０．０５），ＯＫＴ４／ＯＫＴ８比值明显低于对照（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＩＬ－２活性明显低于对照（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＩＬ－２活性与ＯＫＴ４／ＯＫＴ８比值呈正相关。

| Abstract: | Immunoalkaline phosphatase (APAAP) technique and 3H-TdR incorporation assay were used in this article to measure the T subsets in peripheral blood of 30 patients with NHL and the interleukin-2 (IL-2) activity of 14 patients with Nonsults showed that OKT3(pan-T) and OKT4 cells decreased sharply (P<0.05), LKT8 cells increased obviously, and OKT4/OKT8 ratio decreased significantly (P<0.01). IL-2 activity was much lower than that of normal control (P<0. 01). OKT4/OKT8 ratio correlated positivelyt with the fall of IL-2 activity. |
