平面交叉口延误分析与服务水平评估

随着我国城市交通量的不断增长，城市道路交叉口交通压力也越来越大，交叉口的服务水平是评估交叉口设计合理性的重要指标。而信号交叉口的延误则是评价信号交叉口运行效率和服务水平的重要度量。以合肥市一个典型的十字型平面信号交叉口（屯马道路交叉口）为例，调查分析该道路信号交叉口的交通现状，给出确定交叉口延误的方法，并用“点样本法”对其进行延误计算。最后，评价该交叉口的服务水平，从而为该市的城市规划和交通管理提供参考依据。
