大跨度超浅埋暗挖隧道下穿城市主干道施工技术

摘    要:以郑州市轨道交通一号线秦岭路站2号出入口暗挖通道施工为依托,针对隧道跨度大、埋深浅、车流量大及地下部分管道侵入隧道限界等难题,详细统计并分析了隧道上方主干道车流量情况,确定上台阶开挖的合理时间段,并利用超前探孔、路面铺设钢板、地下管道提前加固、跟踪监测等技术措施,以确保施工安全,降低风险,以期为类似施工提供借鉴。

Abstract:On the basis of construction of the bored tunneling channel of Zhengzhou Subway Line 1 of Qinling Road Station No.2 entrance and exit and aiming at solving the problems of the large-span,the shallow buried depth,heavy traffic flow and the limitation of underground pipeline entering the tunnel,this paper counts and analyses the traffic conditions of the urban major road in detail and determines the reasonable time of step excavation.By adopting the detection in advance,paving the steel plate,reinforcing the underground pipes ahead of schedule,tracking the monitoring and other measures to ensure the safety of construction and reduce the risk of tunnel excavation,which provides references for similar projects construction.
