多跨连续箱梁悬臂施工监控技术

摘    要:通过金温扩能改造工程一联多跨连续梁悬臂施工的实践,阐述各阶段施工工况,采用Midas/Civil软件建立有限元模型,检算主梁内力和挠度,计算箱梁预拱度,确定立模标高,并提出支座预偏量设置及临时固结方法。总结的监控方法可保证连续梁悬臂施工安全,成桥线形能满足设计及验标要求。

Abstract:Through the practice of a multi span continuous beam cantilever construction at the expansion project of Jinhua-Wenzhou,the paper expounds the construction condition of various stages.The finite element model is established with Mi-das/Civil software to check and calculate the internal force and deflection of main beam,calculate the pre-camber of box girder,determine the formwork elevation,and put forward the bearing pre-offset setting and temporary consolidation meth-od.The monitoring methods got through the study can ensure the safety of continuous beam cantilever construction,and the linetype of bridge can satisfy the design and standard requirements.
