| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了铸造CAE技术。根据箱盖的结构、尺寸、材料等特点,对零件的铸造工艺进行设计:包括分型面的确认,零件补缩系统和浇筑系统的计算。并用CAE技术对铸造工艺进行凝固过程模拟、分析和优化,实现了箱盖铸件的成功开发。

| Abstract: | CAE technique was introduced briefly.According to the shape,size,material and other characteristics of tank cover,the casting process of its parts was designed including part surface determination,and riser and pouring system cal-culation.The casting procedure was simulated,analyzed and optimized by CAE technique.In the end,the tank cover cast-ing member was developed successfully. |
