铁路起重机箱型伸缩臂设计的多目标模糊优化模型

摘    要:以N1002G型铁路起重机箱形伸缩臂设计为例,以箱形伸缩臂的截面几何参数为设计变量,以箱形伸缩臂的结构重量、整体稳定性这2个相互制约的要求为目标函数,以强度、刚度、局部稳定性和几何限制为模糊约束条件,建立铁路起重机箱形伸缩臂设计的多目标模糊优化模型.应用最优水平截集法,将该多目标模糊优化模型转化为多目标普通优化模型,并应用遗传算法NSGA-Ⅱ求解.实例验证表明:采用建立的模型和求解算法,可以得到目标空间下的Pareto解;结构重量和整体稳定性是此消彼长的关系,设计者可以根据需要,选择合适的结构重量和整体稳定性作为设计方案.
