突出腰椎间盘组织中NO、TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6的表达及其意义

摘    要:目的 研究NO、TNF α、IL 1β、IL 6在突出腰椎间盘组织中的表达 ,并探讨其意义。 方法 用免疫组化方法 ,对2 0例腰椎间盘突出症患者的突出椎间盘组织iNOS、TNF α、IL 1β、IL 6的表达进行检测 ,并取 12例健康成人 (尸体 )正常椎间盘作为对照。结果  2 0例突出腰椎间盘组织中 ,iNOS、TNF α、IL 1β、IL 6表达阳性分别为 16、15、12、11例 ,其中 9例为四种细胞因子均表达阳性。 12例正常椎间盘组织中无表达阳性细胞。结论 突出腰椎间盘可产生上述细胞因子 ,阳性细胞主要以成纤维细胞、软骨细胞及淋巴细胞为主 ,这些细胞因子可能在椎间盘退变中发挥作用

Abstract:Objective To study the role of cytokines in the herniated lumbar disc tissues. Methods Herniated lumbar disc tissues were obtained from 20 patients undergoing surgery for persistent radiculopathy. The specimens were analysed immunohistochemically for the presence of iNOS, TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6. As a control group 12 lumbar disc specimens were harvested from 4 normal men and the same immunohistochemical detections were performed. Results Of 20 herniated lumbar discs, iNOS positively expressed cells were presented in 16 specimens. TNF-α positively expressed cells were presented in 15. IL-1β positively expressed cells were presented in 12 and IL-6 positivly expressed cells were presented in 11, all of the cytokines positively expressed cells were presented in 9. No positively expressed cells were detected in the normal lumbar disc. Conclusion Herniated lumbar disc cells can produce iNOS,TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6. These cytokines may be involved in the biochemistry of disc degeneration and the pathophysiology of radiculopathy.
