地铁隧道浅埋段斜井进正洞交叉区施工技术

摘    要:昆明地铁3号线太平村站—虹桥村站区间隧道采用矿山法施工,斜井进正洞交叉区处于浅埋软岩地段,且地表附近有快速路及地下管线,施工不当易引起塌方,造成路面开裂,使地下管线产生破坏。工程在斜井进正洞施工过程中坚持“超前探,弱爆破,短进尺,强支护,勤量测,早封闭”的原则,采用横向小导洞垂直正洞中线挑顶的施工方法,快速、顺利地完成了该区的施工,确保施工安全。供类似工程参考。

Construction Technique for Intersection of Inclined Shaft and Main Tunnel in Shallow Buried Section of Subway Tunnel

Abstract:The running tunnel from Taiping Village station to Hongqiao Village station of Kunming Metro Line 3 was constructed by mining method. The intersection of the inclined shaft and main tunnel located in shallow buried section in soft rock, with aboveground express way and underground pipeline, so that any improper construction may causes collapse, cracks on the pavement and damages to the underground pipeline. During the construction of the inclined shaft entering into the main tunnel, the principle of " advance geological exploration, weak blasting, short drilling, strong support, frequent measurement and early closing" was persisted, and the method of roof ripping by transverse pilot tunnel perpendicular to mid line of the main tunnel was used, so as to complete the construction rapidly and successfully with safety secured. For reference to similar projects.
