摘    要:厚度计算是半刚性基层沥青路面设计的首要任务,结构层厚度会直接影响到沥青路面结构的受力特性及使用寿命。应用SHELL设计方法的BISAR3程序,系统分析各结构层厚度变化对重载交通沥青路面路受力特性以及路面结构疲劳寿命的影响,阐述了面层、基层、底基层厚度对并重载交通半刚性基层沥青路面的使用寿命的影响规律。通过参数的敏感性分析计算,给出了重载交通半刚性基层沥青路面使用寿命的预测模型,有利于合理选择路面结构层厚度,做到工程造价与使用寿命的协调统一。

Abstract:The thickness calculation is the most important task in the design of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement.The thickness of structural layer will directly influence the stress characteristic and service life of asphalt pavement structure.The BISAR3 program of SHELL design method is applied systemically to analyze the influence of various different structural layer thicknesses on the stress characteristic of heavy-load traffic asphalt pavement and the fatigue life of pavement structure.The article sets forth the thicknesses of surface layer,base and subbase,and the influence rule on the service life of heavy-load traffic semi-rigid base asphalt pavement.Through the sensitivity analysis and calculation of parameter,the article gives the forecast model of the service life of heavy-load semi-rigid base asphalt pavement,which is propitious to reasonably select the thickness of pavement structure layer,and can make the engineering construction cost coordinated and unified with the service life.
