磁性材料专用磨床磨头体的有限元分析

摘    要:文章在Hyperworks软件平台下对磨头体建立了有限元模型,并利用有限元分析得到了静力分析结果和模态分析结果。计算结果表明磨头体的强度和刚度可满足设计要求,机床工作时不会产生共振,确保了产品使用的安全性。

Abstract:Based on Hyperworks software,the finite element mode of the grinding header is established,and the static analysis and model analysis results is achieved by use of the finite element analysis.The result shows that the strength and stiffness of the grinding header meet the requirement of design without resonance while working so as to ensure the safety of usage.
