欧洲铁路运输走廊的现代化建设

在20世纪90年代初，欧盟委员会（原欧共体）就提出了建设统一的欧洲地区运输走廊、即TNT-T泛欧运输网（包括公路和铁路运输）的规划设想。其主要目的是，根据欧盟“发展欧洲大市场、实现经济一体化“的要求，需要建立比较发达、安全畅通的地面运输系统，成为促进各成员国社会和经济发展、密切相互之间运输联系的纽带。

Modernization Construction of European Railway Transport Comdor

In the early 1990s, the European Commission （the EC） proposed the building of unified European transport corridors, which is TNT-T Pan- European Transport Network （including road and rail transport） planning assumption. Its main purpose is, under the demand of EU＇s Development of a European Market, Realization of Eco- nomic Integration, to build a better developed and smooth ground transportation system. To this end, an expert group was set up, studied and made Pan-European transport network planning programmes, identifying key transport corridor construction projects, in particular, building a unified technical standard.
