新城市发展战略下乌鲁木齐市骨架路网研究

摘    要:针对乌鲁木齐市新的城市发展战略提出的“培育乌鲁木齐都市圈”这一新要求,对现状骨架路网进行了分析,发现目前路网虽已初具形态,但存在着骨架路网结构与带状走廊需求不匹配,对都市圈同城化发展支撑不足的问题。2017年“两纵、两环、多放射”快速路网规划和2021年最新提出的“两横、两纵、五环十五射”骨架路网规划对上述问题虽均有相应补充和完善,但仍存在不足。在对最新骨架路网结构进行分析的基础上,从规划骨架路网的可实施性及交通功能出发,对规划骨架路网中横向通道和射线通道局部线位提出了优化建议。

Abstract:For Urumqi, the new requirement of "cultivating the Urumqi metropolitan area" is put forward in the new urban development strategy. The present situation of skeleton road network is analyzed. It is found that the road network is beginning to take shape now, but there are problems of the skeleton road network structure not matching the demand for strip corridors, and the insufficient support for the development of urban integration in the metropolitan area. The planning of "two-vertical, two-ring and multi-radiation" express road network in 2017 and the planning of "two-horizontal, two-vertical, five-ring and 15-radiation" skeleton road network latest proposed in 2021 have relevantly supplemented and improved the above problems, but there are still deficiencies. On the basis of analyzing the latest skeleton road network structure, the optimization suggestion is proposed for the local line positions of transverse channel and radial channel in the planned skeleton road network from the actionability and traffic function of the planned skeleton road network.
