基于均匀试验的沥青混合料级配优化研究

摘    要:均匀试验是目前用于材料配方设计最流行方法之一。该研究将均匀试验用于沥青混合料级配设计,将均匀试验与体积设计相结合得到的级配可以实现级配骨架密实。通过5种不同级配沥青混合料技术性能对比研究,结果表明:采用均匀试验设计的级配其高温稳定性、抗水害性以及低温抗裂性均要优于Superpave级配,通过禁区下方的级配高温稳定性较好。

Abstract:The uniform experiment is one of the most popular methods of material formulation design now. The uniform experiment is used for the design of asphalt mixture gradation. The gradation combining the uniform experiment with the volume design can achieve the density of graded skeleton. Through the comparison and study on the technical performances of five different graded asphalt mixtures, the results show that the high-temperature stability, water resistance and low-temperature crack resistance of the gradation designed by the uniform experiment are superior to that of Superpave gradation. The high-temperature performance of the gradation passing below the restricted zone is better.
