摘    要:目的分析、确定该建设项目的总平面布置、生产工艺及其布局、辅助设施等方面以及生产过程中存在的各种职业危害因素的种类、产生的主要环节、浓度或强度,识别职业病危害因素的危害程度及评价职业病危害防护措施的防护效果,提出合理、可行的防护对策,确保建设项目正式投产后其职业病危害防护设施符合国家有关标准和规范的要求,从而切实保护劳动者健康。方法通过职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查等方法收集数据和资料,并结合职业病防护设施、个人使用的职业病防护水平和定量分级结果,对试运行期间职业卫生管理措施、作业人员的职业病危害因素接触水平及职业健康影响进行评价。结果该建设项目在生产过程中存在的主要职业病有害因素有噪声、高温、铅烟、二氧化锡、氢氧化钾、氢氧化钠、甲醇、二甲苯、环己酮、乙苯、乙酸丁酯、乙酸乙酯、氢氧化钠、硫酸、氯化氢、硫化氢、工频电场、环氧树脂等,该企业采取了相应的防护措施。根据检测结果分析,所测作业环境中职业病危害因素的浓度和强度均符合国家标准。结论该项目属“严重职业病危害建设项目”。根据该项目现场调查情况、检测结果以及采取的防护措施判断,该建设项目针对以上职业病危害因素采取的整体防护设施是有效的。

Abstract:Objective Analysis, the construction projects of general layout, production process and its layout, auxiliary facilities, and production processes that exist in various types of occupational hazards, the main aspect of concentration or intensity, to identify the factors against occupational hazards Evaluation of the extent of occupational hazards and the protective effect of protective measures, to make reasonable and feasible protective suggestions ensuring that construction projects putt into operation after its formal occupational hazard prevention facilities in line with the state standards and norms in the request, thus effectively protect the health of workers. Methods Methods of occupational health scene investigation, occupational health testing, occupational health screening methods such as collecting data and information, combined with occupational disease prevention facilities, the use of personal protective levels of occupational diseases and quantitative results of classification, during the trial operation of occupational health management measures, the operations officer the occupational hazard factors exposure levels and occupational health impact evaluation. Results The major occupational hazards in the expansion project were noise, heat stress, lead dust, tin dioxide, potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, methanol, xylene, cyclohexanone, ethyl benzene, butyl acetate, ethyl acetate, sulfuric acid, hydrogen chloride, hydrogen sulfide, power frequency electric field, epoxy resin. The enterprise has taken the appropriate protective measures. According to analysis of test results, measured by the operating environment in the occupational hazards of concentration and intensity of factors are in line with national standards. Conclusion This expansion project is a serious occupational hazards construction projects.
