船用柴油机研发与CAE技术的应用

摘    要:计算机工程仿真(CAE)技术作为船用柴油机现代设计手段和核心研发应用技术,在国外发动机行业已应用得相当普遍,但在我国同行业中其应用尚处于起步阶段。该文在介绍我国船用低速大功率柴油机及其设计研究手段的发展现状的基础上,着重阐述了我国船用低速大功率柴油机制造企业引进和推广应用CAE技术的重要性、需求情况及应用范围,并对引进CAE技术的实施方法提出了建议,对CAE技术的应用前景作了展望。

Abstract:As modern design technique and key research and development technology of marine diesel engines, the computer engineering simulation technique is widely applied in foreign engine industry, but its application in China's engine industry is only in the early stage. This paper introduces the current development situation of the design and research techniques of marine low-speed high-power diesel engines. On the basis, it emphasizes the importance, the requirement and application range of importing and spreading application of CAE technique in our country's marine low-speed high-power diesel engine manufacturing enterprises. The paper proposes suggestions on file implementing method of importing CAE technique and prospects the future of CAE technique application.
