| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the influences of Practical English Test for Colleges （PRETCO） on higher vocational English teaching in Wuhan Institute of Shipbuild- ing Technology from the following four aspects： teaching content, teaching materials, teaching methods and teaching facilities. In addition, some suggestions are given on how to improve students＇ performance in PRETCO. |
